Upty's Return Policy

 If you decide that an item that isn't the right fit for you, we invite you to visit your returns page to process a return request. All returns must be sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery of an item.

 * Please note that the 14 day timeframe starts when an item is delivered, not the order as a whole. If your order is arriving in multiple shipments, you may have different return windows.

* We welcome you to send back multiple returns in one package, as long as the return slips are all included. 

 

Refund Requirements and Terms:

  • To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (all items must be returned with original tags attached).
  • Original shipping charge will be returned to the customer bank account together with refunded purchase value. 
  • Refund items shipping to Upty must be paid by the customer. 
  • Final sale items are not returnable.
  • Original payment returns (credit cards, etc.) can take up to an additional 3-5 business days to be refunded.
  • Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.

If we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order, we will make it right. Reach out to our Customer Service team explaining the situation and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!
